These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of phmaya — the online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the Philippine market under PAGCOR authorization. Before phmaya processes a withdrawal from your account, you are required to complete KYC identity verification. This requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a UMID, passport, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID) along with a selfie taken while holding the same document. KYC verification confirms your identity, age, and the legitimacy of your payment method. phmaya may request additional documentation at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method should be updated through the account settings panel or by contacting support. phmaya is not liable for account issues arising from outdated or inaccurate registration information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmaya account credentials — including your password, two-factor authentication codes, and any linked payment method PINs. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether or not you personally initiated that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phmaya support immediately via live chat at phmaya.biz.
phmaya recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account and using a unique password not shared with any other platform, particularly your GCash or Maya wallet.
All funds deposited into a phmaya account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits using payment methods belonging to another person are prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposited funds.
phmaya reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source. In cases where money laundering is suspected, phmaya is legally required to report the matter to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines in accordance with Republic Act 9160, as amended.

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. phmaya reserves the right to cancel bonus funds, void associated winnings, and suspend or close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse, with or without prior notice.
phmaya may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have met the applicable conditions. New promotions are communicated via the Promotions section of the platform and are only available to accounts meeting the stated eligibility criteria.
By placing any wager on phmaya, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the full amount wagered. phmaya does not guarantee any return on wagers placed, and past results do not indicate future outcomes.
Each game offered on phmaya is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for a refund or reversal of a wager.
In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or system error affecting a game in progress, phmaya will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome based on available logs and game records. All content, materials, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, and other intellectual property displayed on or incorporated into phmaya are the property of phmaya or its licensed third-party providers and are protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use phmaya for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content or material from the platform without express written permission from phmaya or the relevant rights holder.
Game content, including but not limited to game mechanics, visual assets, audio, and mathematics, is licensed by phmaya from third-party game studios. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the originating studio.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmaya's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your phmaya account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phmaya will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes without your consent, except as required by law, regulatory obligation, or pursuant to phmaya's PAGCOR license conditions. You retain the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
phmaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phmaya will provide reasonable notice through the platform, via registered email, or by prominent placement of an update notice on phmaya.biz. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this page.
Continued use of phmaya following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any verified balance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phmaya.
In the event of a dispute relating to a game outcome, transaction, or account decision, you must first submit a formal written complaint to phmaya's support team via the live chat or email channel. phmaya will acknowledge receipt within one (1) business day and aim to resolve the matter within seven (7) business days.
